Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains our plans, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Plans
Free — the full daily digest across all covered regulators, no charge. Pro — personalize your digest to the regulators you choose (paid subscription). Compliance — Pro, plus the obligations export, an Excel register of obligation-bearing issuances (paid subscription).
2. Fees, currency and VAT
Prices for paid plans are shown on the pricing page in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) at the applicable rate (currently 15%) where charged.
3. Billing and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the plan you select.
4. Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as you chose) at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will charge your payment method in advance of each renewal.
5. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then, and you are not charged again. Cancelling is as easy as subscribing.
6. Refunds
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except: (a) where required by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; or (b) at our discretion, for example a clear billing error or a duplicate charge. Your statutory rights are not affected (see section 7).
7. Statutory cancellation right
Where the E-Commerce Law applies, you may cancel within seven (7) days of subscribing provided you have not started using the paid features, and you may cancel if the service is not delivered. To request this, contact hello@bawadir.io.
8. Price changes
We may change prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice by email before a change applies to your renewal, so you can cancel if you do not agree.
9. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds.
