Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains our plans, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Plans
Free — the whole daily service, no charge: the full daily digest across all covered regulators, the regulators you choose, the signal-only brief, and both languages. Checklist — the one paid tier: an issuance turned into a checklist of its obligations, with each row's status tracked and an Excel export (paid subscription).
2. Fees and currency
Prices for paid plans are shown on the pricing page in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The price shown is the total amount charged to you.
3. Billing and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the plan you select.
4. Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will charge your payment method in advance of each renewal.
5. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then, and you are not charged again. Cancelling is as easy as subscribing.
6. Refunds
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except: (a) where required by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; or (b) at our discretion, for example a clear billing error or a duplicate charge. Your statutory rights are not affected (see section 7).
Where a payment is refunded, any referral credit earned from that payment is void, and credit already applied may be reversed (see section 18 of our Terms of Service).
7. Statutory cancellation right
Where the E-Commerce Law applies, you may cancel within seven (7) days of subscribing provided you have not started using the paid features, and you may cancel if the service is not delivered. To request this, contact hello@bawadir.io.
8. Price changes
We may change prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice by email before a change applies to your renewal, so you can cancel if you do not agree.
9. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds.
