What Bawadir is
Bawadir is an independent daily brief on Saudi regulation. Every working morning it reads what 59 regulators published — laws, regulations, circulars, licensing decisions, public consultations — and turns it into one brief a compliance professional can read before 9am.
How it works
The pipeline starts before dawn. It reads the Umm Al-Qura Gazette first — the official record — then 58 sector regulators, verifies every new instrument against its source, carries both the Arabic and English titles, and links the original PDF. The brief is published here and lands in subscriber inboxes by 06:00 Riyadh.
How items are tagged
Every item carries two independent tags. The first answers “does it bind you?” — action required, action required (deferred) for drafts still in consultation, or no action needed. The second answers “how will you use it?” — reference for documents you will revisit, awareness for items you note once.
Independence
Bawadir is independent. It is not affiliated with any government entity, and the brief is not legal advice — every item links to the regulator’s original text, and the original always governs.
