What Bawadir is
Bawadir is an independent daily brief on Saudi regulation. Every working morning, it reviews publications from 77 regulators, including laws, regulations, circulars, licensing decisions, and public consultations. It then produces one brief for compliance professionals to read before 09:00.
How it works
The pipeline starts before dawn with the Umm Al-Qura Gazette, the official record. It then reviews 76 sector regulators, verifies each new instrument against its source, carries the Arabic and English titles, and links to the original PDF. The brief is published here and sent to subscribers by 06:00 Riyadh time.
How items are tagged
Every item carries two independent tags. The first shows whether it binds you: action required, action required (deferred) for drafts still in consultation, or no action needed. The second shows how you will use it: reference for documents you will revisit, or awareness for items you note once.

Bawadir is independent and is not affiliated with any government entity. The brief is not legal advice. Every item links to the regulator’s original text, which always governs.
