The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah confirmed that the Monitoring and Control Center represents one of the operational pillars in the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem. It achieves this through real-time service tracking, monitoring operational indicators, and supporting swift decision-making, which contributes to raising performance efficiency and improving the quality of services provided to the Guests of Allah—including pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors—in alignment with the goals of the Pilgrim Experience Program and Saudi Vision 2030. The Ministry explained that the center relies on an integrated digital system that tracks operational workflows via interactive dashboards. These dashboards enable the monitoring of service performance, the tracking of field variables, and the empowerment of specialized teams to deal immediately with operational notes and challenges, thereby enhancing workflow smoothness and ensuring the continuous delivery of services with high efficiency. The Monitoring and Control Center at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah operates year-round to track more than 95 operational indicators to measure service quality and efficiency. It works in integration with 33 government and private entities through a unified system for operational data exchange, decision-making support, and empowering field teams to monitor service levels and raise the readiness of service locations, alongside the rapid detection and resolution of observations. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah reaffirmed its commitment to the continuous development of the Monitoring and Control Center, elevating its operational readiness, expanding its capabilities in data analysis and indicator tracking, and enhancing integration with partner entities. This contributes to swift decision-making, improving service quality, and enriching the overall experience of the Guests of Allah from arrival to departure.
