In partnership with Umm Al-Qura University, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (MoHU) today launched the “Rafid Al-Haramain” initiative to raise the skills of personnel working in serving the guests of Allah, and enhance the quality of services provided to pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors at the various stations of their journey. The initiative aims to provide 100,000 training opportunities for the two gender young people, focusing on those working within the Pilgrims Experience Program (PEP) from the public and private sectors, the non-profit sector, and volunteers in the Two Holy Mosques, in addition to those interested in providing various services during the Hajj and Umrah seasons from all members of society. The “Rafid Al-Haramain” initiative offers four training programs in several fields, namely social intelligence skills, enriching the experience of the guests of Allah, crowd and group-guiding management, control management and quality assurance, as well as providing the opportunity to develop the necessary skills to deal with the guests of Allah, and providing them with a set of cultural, religious and historical information. enabling them to enrich the experience of the guests of Allah. The initiative comes within the framework of strengthening strategic partnerships between various parties, to sustain the quality of services for the pilgrims and improve their experience, by involving all segments of society, and enhancing the role of social responsibility in serving pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors
