The Digital Government Authority (DGA) announced the launch of the 4th cycle of the Digital Experience Maturity Index for Government Services 2025, with the participation of 52 selected government platforms chosen based on specific criteria, aiming to measure the maturity of digital government platforms, products, services and channels across 4 main perspectives and 20 themes, including beneficiary satisfaction, user experience, complaints handling, and tools and technologies. The Index aligns with the strategic directions of the digital government and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, and contributes to reaching advanced positions in international indices, providing an integrated digital experience for beneficiaries including people with disabilities and the elderly, and increasing government agencies' response rate to complaints.
