The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) launched the project "Improving Submission, Processing, and Communication Mechanisms in the Refund Request Service" via the Istitlaa (Public Consultation) platform, seeking public comments and suggestions by Thursday, July 30, 2026. The project aims to develop the submission, processing, and communication mechanisms of the refund request service by improving the submission path and offering innovative solutions to existing challenges, as part of ZATCA's efforts to enhance joint development with beneficiaries and raise compliance levels.
