Invitation to Establishments Subject to Excise Tax to Submit January and February 2026 Returns

ZATCA invited establishments subject to excise tax to submit their tax returns for January and February 2026 on or before 31 March 2026 via zatca.gov.sa. It warned that late filing incurs a penalty of not less than 5% and not more than 25% of the tax due, plus a separate 5% penalty per month or part thereof for late payment of unpaid tax.
