Invitation to Establishments to Submit Value Added Tax Returns for December and the Fourth Quarter of 2025

ZATCA called on VAT-registered establishments with annual taxable supplies exceeding SAR 40 million to file their returns for December, and those with annual supplies not exceeding SAR 40 million to file for the fourth quarter of 2025, with a deadline of 31 January 2026. Late filing incurs a fine ranging from a minimum of 5% to a maximum of 25% of the tax value that should have been declared.
