ZATCA Achieves 6 Diamonds in the EFQM Global Award Assessment

ZATCA achieved level six within the Diamond category in the EFQM Global Award assessment from the European Foundation for Quality Management, becoming the first public- or private-sector body in Saudi Arabia to reach this level in the award. It also received the Outstanding Achievement in Performance and Governance certificate as the best entity globally in that field. Official spokesperson Hammoud Al-Harbi noted this adds to ZATCA's recent international certifications, including from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the KPI Institute. ZATCA also ranked second among the top ten entities in the 2025 Digital Experience Maturity Index and first in the complaint-handling index.
