ZATCA obtained 9 international certificates in performance management from the KPI Institute, including an Integrated Performance certificate for reaching level five (the highest) across all five assessment areas: strategic planning, performance measurement, performance improvement, employee performance management, and performance culture, making it the first entity in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East to earn this certificate under the Global Performance Audit Unit standard. It also received three additional certificates: Synergy Excellence, Transformation Excellence (from level four to level five), and an Acknowledgement certificate for performance management maturity.
