The Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants, Dr. Ahmed Al-Mughamis, participated in the Chief Financial Officers Conference in the Middle East 2025, held in Dubai under the theme "Resilience and Competitive Advantage" and inaugurated by the UAE Minister of Foreign Trade Dr. Thani Al-Zeyoudi. He stated that balancing innovation with compliance is a cornerstone of financial competitiveness, and that the CFO role now extends beyond numbers management to encompass advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and risk management. He also emphasized that rapid technological development must not diminish the human dimension of financial work, with ethical values such as transparency, fairness, and accountability remaining non-negotiable.
