The Authority Holds the Coordination Meeting with Accounting Departments at Saudi Universities

The Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants held its fifth coordination meeting on Thursday, 18/9/2025, hosted by King Khalid University in Abha, with the participation of accounting department heads from Saudi universities. The meeting aimed to exchange expertise, discuss shared challenges, and strengthen alignment between academic outputs and professional requirements, including the development of accounting programmes linked to labour-market needs. The meeting is part of the Organization's initiative to establish a periodic coordination council with university accounting departments, hosted in rotation by Saudi universities, to build sustainable cooperation in curriculum development and enrich students' professional knowledge.
