The Authority Receives the Saudi Quality Certificate 'Hayyak' for Excellence in Beneficiary Service

The Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization granted the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants the Saudi Quality Certificate 'Hayyak' in recognition of its excellence in beneficiary service and its successful application of approved quality standards at its beneficiary service center in Riyadh. The certificate was awarded after the Authority fulfilled the requirements of the technical regulation for the Saudi Quality Certificate for customer service centers across all service delivery channels. The Authority's president, Dr. Ahmed Al-Mughamis, stated that the achievement reflects the organization's commitment to enhancing beneficiary experience and continuously developing its services in line with its strategic objectives.
