The Authority Hosts the IFAC Connect Global Forum in Riyadh

The Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants announced it will host the International Federation of Accountants' IFAC Connect forum next October in Riyadh, under the theme "Leading Transformation and Innovation: Global Priorities, Regional Solutions." More than 600 specialists and over 20 international speakers are expected to participate, along with 28 local, regional, and international entities including IFAC and the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB). The three-day program includes sessions such as a meeting of the Kingdom's regulatory bodies and a roundtable of the IPSASB. CEO Dr. Ahmed Al-Meghames said hosting the event in Riyadh for the first time is a historic milestone affirming the Kingdom's leading role in the profession's global transformation.
