The Authority Participates in the International Conference for Standards Setters

The Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) participated in the annual International Conference for Standards Setters organized by the International Accounting Standards Board, represented by CEO Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Maghames and Accounting Standards Board Chairman Jihad bin Mohammed Al-Omari. The conference covered IASB and ISSB updates, upcoming publications and consultations, and revisions to international accounting and financial reporting standards, as well as activities supporting adoption of IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 sustainability standards.
