The Authority and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Sign a Cooperation Agreement

The Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) signed a cooperation agreement on Wednesday, 16 October 2024, during the first day of the Accounting Technologies Conference in Riyadh (16-19 October 2024). The agreement establishes the Finance Leadership Program (FLP) to qualify candidates for the CGMA certification, offering CIMA discounts to SOCPA members of 20% for fellows and 25% for other members, and runs for three years from its signing date unless terminated earlier. It was signed by SOCPA CEO Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Mughamis and AICPA & CIMA CEO Barry Melancon.
