The Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) signed a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture at the Ministry's headquarters, in the presence of the Ministry's Deputy Minister, Engineer Mansour bin Hilal Al-Mushaiti. The agreement was signed by SOCPA's CEO, Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Mughamis, and the Ministry's Undersecretary for Shared Services, Mohammed bin Ali Al-Zubaidi, and aims to cooperate on training, education, community partnership development, and the exchange of expertise and knowledge to develop the accounting capabilities of Ministry staff through specialized training courses in accounting and auditing.
