SOCPA Launches the SOCPA Leadership Qualification and Development Program

الهيئة تبدأ برنامج سوكبا لتأهيل وتطوير القيادات

The Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) launched the SOCPA Leadership Qualification and Development Program at the start of July, following the opening of registration in January. The program targets national professionals working in accounting and finance across the government, private, and professional accounting sectors, with the aim of developing effective leadership qualities, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Held in Riyadh, the program runs for 12 weeks combining in-person and virtual training, and is fully funded by SOCPA as part of its national talent development initiatives.
