The Chief Executive Officer Participates in the Second Meeting of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Council

SOCPA, represented by CEO Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Mughamis, participated in the second 2025 meeting of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Council, held by videoconference over three days during 4-6 June 2025. The agenda discussed the accounting and auditing profession and its future and reviewed the latest international developments and challenges facing the profession. Dr. Al-Mughamis was selected in 2024 as an IFAC Council member for a 3-year term.
