Request for Comments on the Draft Regulation of the Non-Securities Financial Advisory Profession

The Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) launched a draft regulation for the non-securities financial advisory profession via the "Istitlaa" platform of the National Competitiveness Center, inviting public comments before final approval. SOCPA CEO Ahmed Almughamis said the draft aims to regulate the profession, set licensing conditions, and protect beneficiaries of financial advisory services. The Authority invited individuals, institutions, and experts to review the draft and submit their views no later than August 15, 2025.
