Saudi Geological Survey Receives the 'Environment Award' for Second Place – Environmental Awareness Production Branch, First Edition 2022

هيئة المساحة الجيولوجية السعودية تحصل على "جائزة البيئة" للمركز الثاني - فرع إنتاج أعمال التوعية البيئية الدورة الأولى 2022م

Under the patronage of Prince Saud bin Khalid Al-Faisal, Deputy Governor of Medina Region, the Saudi Geological Survey participated among entities distinguished for environmental preservation in Medina Region and received the "Environment Award" for second place in the environmental awareness production branch, first edition 2022. The award followed studies on environmental impacts of heavy element release into soil and groundwater in Harrat Khaybar and the northern and central parts of Harrat Rahat.
