The Saudi Geological Survey Team at "Harrat Rahat"

A Saudi Geological Survey team, represented by the Geotourism Department and the Geohazards Center, took a field trip to "Harrat Rahat" with a team from the Medina Development Authority, at the invitation of the Secretary and CEO of the Medina Development Authority, to reinforce the existing partnership between the two bodies. The trip aimed to survey geological sites and identify proposed geological routes and locations in Harrat Rahat, review progress and expected achievements, and discuss preparations to launch the Kingdom's geotourism programs, along with information both parties could contribute for the next implementation phase.
