The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) concluded the third edition of its Professional Learning Partnership (PLP) program for recent graduates, aimed at supporting the Kingdom's financial services industry by preparing and qualifying national talent. This edition trained graduates from accredited local and international universities through a six-month intensive program that included on-the-job training across several SAMA departments, field visits, technical and behavioral skills courses, mentoring, and qualification for specialized professional certifications.
