SAMA Licenses “alhulul almuntilaqa” Company to Provide Consumer Microfinance Solutions

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) licensed 'alhulul almuntilaqa' Company to provide consumer microfinance solutions, bringing the total number of companies licensed for this activity to 12, out of 70 licensed finance companies in the Kingdom. SAMA stated the decision supports the finance sector, encourages innovation in financial services, and enhances financial inclusion, and advised dealing only with institutions licensed or authorized by it.
