The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) announces that the Council of Ministers has approved the licensing of a new digital bank named EZ Bank, with a capital of SAR 2.5 billion. With this license, the total number of licensed banks in Saudi Arabia has reached 39, comprising 15 domestic banks and 24 foreign bank branches.
