SAMA Seeks Public Consultation on Draft Rules Regulating Cash Center Management and Operation

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has released a draft of the Rules Regulating Cash Center Management and Operation for public consultation, inviting feedback from interested and specialized parties through the National Competitiveness Center's 'Istitlaa' platform. The rules aim to regulate the activity of managing and operating cash centers and establish a clear framework defining the controls and standards to be followed. Public comments will be accepted for a period of 15 days, after which submissions will be reviewed to finalize the rules.
