SAMA Launches Government Banking Services Platform "NQD"

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) announced on 14/07/2024 the launch of "NQD", a government banking services platform that enables government entities to access their accounts held at SAMA through a unified, secure digital platform. The platform supports digitisation of financial operations, round-the-clock account management, and real-time monitoring of transactions to and from government accounts. It aims to enhance user experience, raise efficiency and productivity in government financial dealings, and reduce the time required to execute government banking procedures.
