SAMA Licenses Debt-Based Crowdfunding Company

البنك المركزي السعودي يرخص لشركة لمزاولة نشاط التمويل الجماعي بالدين

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has licensed Dananeer for Finance to conduct debt-based crowdfunding activity. With this new license, the total number of companies licensed for this activity reaches 8, bringing the total number of licensed finance companies in Saudi Arabia to 57. SAMA stated that this decision supports the finance sector and aims to enhance financial inclusion and the reach of financial services to all segments of society.
