The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) hosted the Financial Stability Board's plenary meeting and Emerging Market and Developing Economies (EMDE) Forum in Riyadh from 18 to 19 November 2025, with the participation of SAMA Governor Ayman Al-Sayari, the FSB chair and members, and co-chairs of the FSB's regional consultative groups.
