SAMA Licenses “Nama United Financing” Company to Provide Finance Activity

On 16/01/2025, the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) announced licensing "Nama United Financing" company to engage in real estate financing, financing of productive assets, financing for small and medium enterprises, financial leasing, and consumer financing, bringing the total number of licensed finance companies to 64. SAMA stated the decision supports the finance sector, enhances the effectiveness and flexibility of financial transactions, encourages innovation in financial services, and promotes financial inclusion in the Kingdom, and it stressed the importance of dealing only with institutions licensed or authorized by SAMA.
