SAMA Seeks Public Consultation on the Draft of “Banking Tariff Guideline”

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has released a draft Banking Tariff Guideline for public consultation, inviting feedback from interested parties and specialists via the National Competitiveness Center's "Istitlaa" platform. The draft aims to support individual customers and small and medium enterprises in accessing banking products and services by establishing general rules that banks must follow when setting fees, setting maximum charges for core banking services for individual customers, and defining standards for pricing all banking products and services for both individuals and legal entities. Public comments will be accepted for a period of 15 days, after which they will be reviewed to finalize the guideline.
