Saudi Arabia’s Election to chair WIPO union assemblies and committees

The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) participated in the 66th session of the WIPO General Assembly in Geneva, where Saudi Arabia was elected to chair several international assemblies and committees, including the Berne Union Assembly, the Nice Union Assembly, and the Berne Union Executive Committee, and to serve as Vice Chair of the International Patent Classification Union Assembly. Saudi Arabia was also elected as a member of the Coordination Committee and re-elected to the Program and Budget Committee. These elections reinforce Saudi Arabia's role as an influential partner in shaping the international intellectual property landscape and support its goal of becoming a global hub for innovation and creativity.
