REGA: Grants a 90-Day Grace Period for Real Estate Registration Applications in Riyadh Province

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced a 90-day grace period, effective Wednesday, 9 Rabi' al-Thani 1447 AH (corresponding to October 1, 2025), for owners of properties within real estate zones in Riyadh Province where the designated period for first real estate registration has ended. REGA urged affected owners to promptly submit their registration applications to the Real Estate Register, and clarified that the grace period covers 55 real estate zones across numerous districts in Riyadh.
