REGA Presents Draft Implementing Regulations for Real Estate Contributions Law

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) presented the draft Implementing Regulations for the Real Estate Contributions Law via the 'Istitlaa' platform, in coordination with the Capital Market Authority, under Article Thirty-Seven of the Real Estate Contributions Law issued by Royal Decree dated 28/12/1444 Hijri. The draft consists of thirty-six articles covering the classification of real estate contributions and developers, licensing procedures, provisions on contribution capital, the roles and responsibilities of real estate brokerage practitioners, and supervision, inspection, and control procedures. REGA invited the public, government bodies, and private sector stakeholders to review the draft on the Istitlaa platform and submit comments.
