REGA Participates in World Urban Forum in Cairo

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) participated in the World Urban Forum in Cairo, Egypt, held 4-8 November 2024, as part of a Saudi pavilion bringing together more than 30 governmental and private entities. REGA presented the Kingdom's real estate legislation, including the Law of Real Estate Registration and the Off-Plan Real Estate Projects Sale and Lease Law, highlighting investment opportunities and digital transformation in the sector. The Saudi pavilion spanned over 3,000 square meters, hosting more than 40 activities and over 150 representatives from Saudi entities.
