REGA: Over 32,000 Real Estate Brokers Concluded More Than 108,000 Brokerage Contracts in Five Months

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) reported that over five months of the Real Estate Brokerage Law's application, more than 117,000 real estate advertising licenses were issued, and over 32,000 FAL-licensed real estate brokers concluded more than 108,000 brokerage contracts, alongside licensing of 24 real estate platforms to date. Individuals held 34% of FAL licenses versus 66% for establishments, split across brokerage/marketing (22%), advertisements (77%), and auctions (1%). REGA also received nearly 4,000 reports of law violations and carried out more than 9,000 supervisory operations during the period.
