REGA: Over 20,000 Visits in Q1 2024 to Ensure Compliance with Real Estate Laws

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) carried out 21,312 awareness visits to real estate establishments across the Kingdom during Q1 2024, along with 15 joint field campaigns with the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development covering the Riyadh, Eastern, and Makkah regions, and over 19,246 electronic supervisory operations via its digital monitoring channel. REGA received 3,404 reports through its channels, all addressed, and recorded 251 violations with appropriate legal measures taken. REGA urged brokers to comply with regulations and register brokerage contracts electronically, and invited the public to report violations via its platform or customer service number 199011.
