REGA Conducts 10 Joint Inspection Tours During February to Ensure Real Estate Market Compliance

REGA, in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, conducted 10 joint inspection tours during February covering 149 real estate establishments across Riyadh, Eastern, and Makkah regions to ensure compliance with real estate legislation, particularly the Real Estate Brokerage Law, and Saudization matters. During the same period, REGA's teams carried out 2,019 field inspections, detecting 20,342 non-compliant real estate advertisements, received and resolved 584 real estate reports, and conducted over 6,790 electronic scanning operations. REGA said violations may lead to warnings, license suspension or revocation, or financial fines as set out in the law's implementing regulations.
