REGA Announces Launch of Real Estate Registry Operations in 4 Districts of Madinah

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُعلن إطلاق عمليات السجل العقاري في 4 أحياء بالمدينة المنورة

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has announced the launch of real estate title registration operations for 9,695 plots across four districts in Madinah — part of Wadi Al-Batin District, part of Dawda District, part of Wadi Al-Batan District, and part of Al-Aqoul District. The registration period runs from 29 September 2024 (26 Rabi' Al-Awwal 1446 AH) to 2 January 2025 (2 Rajab 1446 AH), with registration available via the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform (rer.sa) or designated service centers. Each registered unit will receive a unique property number and a title registration deed containing property data, descriptions, rights, and obligations linked to geospatial information. Additional regions across the Kingdom will be included in upcoming phases.
