No action neededAwareness

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) completed preparations to launch the second phase of the "Real Estate Registry" in Riyadh, covering seven districts (Al-Ghadeer, Al-Nafl, Al-Wadi, Al-Murooj, Al-Masayef, Al-Taawun, and Al-Izdihaar), the second area in Riyadh after Al-Falah District. The Registry records the property itself as the basis for ownership, giving each property a dedicated page with its number, owner's name, type, location, area, boundaries, and related rights. It was launched pursuant to Royal Decree No. M/91 and Cabinet Resolution No. 537 approving the Law of Real Estate Registration, which requires owners to disclose documents needed for valid first title registration.
