REGA, in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, conducted 9 joint inspection tours in September covering 153 real estate establishments in the Riyadh, Eastern, and Makkah regions to check compliance with real estate legislation, including the Real Estate Brokerage Law, and Saudization and licensing rules. During the same period REGA's teams carried out 14,430 field inspections that found 14,538 violations related to real estate advertisements, received and processed 511 real estate reports, and conducted over 14,609 electronic scanning operations. REGA urged brokers to comply with real estate laws to avoid penalties such as warnings, license suspension or revocation, and financial penalties, and invited the public to report violations via its platform or hotline (199011).
