REGA Announces Commencement of Real Estate Registry Operations for 40 Neighborhoods in Qatif Governorate and 18 Properties in Huraymila Governorate

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُعلن انطلاق أعمال التسجيل العقاري في 40 حياً بمحافظة القطيف و18 عقاراً بمحافظة حريملاء

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the commencement of real estate title registration for 30,297 properties across 40 neighborhoods in Qatif Governorate and 18 properties in Huraymila Governorate. Registration began on 23 February 2025 (24 Sha'ban 1446 Hijri) and continues until the end of 29 May 2025 (2 Dhu Al-Hijjah 1446 Hijri). Owners can register via the Real Estate Registry electronic platform (rer.sa) or designated service centers, or contact the customer service center at 199002; a valid title deed is required, and a Property Number and Title Registration Deed will be issued upon registration.
