REGA Qualifies 80 Real Estate Developers and Licenses Real Estate Contribution in Madinah

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the qualification of 80 real estate developers for the Real Estate Contributions License and licensed the first real estate contribution project in Madinah, following implementation of the new Real Estate Contributions Law approved by the Council of Ministers. The licensed project, 'Amlak 2,' has a capital of SAR 10.4 million and involves construction of residential apartment units in Madinah, with the Capital Market Authority approving the public offering of contribution certificates.
