REGA Announces Commencement of Real Estate Registry Operations for 24 Neighborhoods in Makkah Region

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُعلن انطلاق أعمال السجل العقاري في 24 حيًّا بمنطقة مكة المكرمة

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has announced the commencement of real estate title registration operations for 37,023 properties across 24 neighborhoods in the Makkah Region, beginning 8 December 2024 (7 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1446 AH) and continuing until 13 March 2025 (13 Ramadan 1446 AH). Registration is available through the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform or via service centers, and requires a title deed meeting legal requirements. Each registered unit will receive a Property Number and a Title Registration Deed containing detailed property data linked to geospatial information. Property owners with inquiries may contact REGA's customer service center at 199002.
