REGA: Documentation of Nearly 60,000 Commercial "Ejar" Contracts

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced that the "Ejar" platform documented 59,575 commercial real estate rental contracts in January 2024, a daily average of 2,000 contracts and the highest monthly total ever recorded, bringing total documented commercial rental contracts to over 1.5 million. Commercial contracts rose more than 15% in January compared to the same month in 2023, and office units grew more than 26% with over 6,600 office units registered in a single month. REGA also announced a new "Ejar" feature for documenting rental contracts related to government real estate investments, starting with regional municipality contracts.
