REGA Announces Commencement of Real Estate Registry Operations for 28 Neighborhoods in Makkah Region

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُعلن انطلاق عمليات السجل العقاري في 28 حياً بمنطقة مكة المكرمة

REGA announced the launch of real estate title registration operations for 19,239 properties across 28 neighborhoods in the Makkah Region, running from 19 January 2025 through 24 April 2025. Registration is available through the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform (rer.sa) or designated service centers and requires a title deed meeting all legal conditions. From the registration date, each registered unit will receive a Property Number and a Title Registration Deed containing property data, descriptions, condition, and associated rights, under the Law of Real Estate Registration.
