REGA Announces Start of Registration in 11 Districts in Riyadh City Beginning 22 Muharram

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُعلن انطلاق التسجيل في 11 حيًّا بمدينة الرياض اعتبارًا من 22 محرم

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the start of registration for 113,541 real estate plots across 11 districts in Riyadh City, beginning 28 July 2024 (22 Muharram 1446 AH) and continuing until 31 October 2024 (28 Rabi' Al-Thani 1446 AH). The districts include Tuwaiq, part of Arid, King Abdulaziz, Al-Sulaimaniyah, Al-Wizarat, Al-Fakhriyah, Alisha, Al-Sina'iyah, Al-Khalidiyah, Al-Dar Al-Bayda, and Al-Difa'. Registration can be completed via the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform or designated service centers, requiring a valid title deed; each registered unit will be assigned a unique property number and a title registration deed.
