REGA Announces Start of Registration in Six Madinah Districts Beginning 24 Dhul Hijjah

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُصدر إعلاناً ببدء التسجيل في ستة أحياء بالمدينة المنورة اعتباراً من 24 ذو الحجة

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has announced the commencement of registration for 4,774 real estate plots across six districts in Madinah — part of King Fahd District, part of Al-Aqoul District, part of Jamma Umm Khalid District, Railway District, part of Al-Khadra District, and part of Abiar Al-Mashi District — starting 30 June 2024 (24 Dhul Hijjah 1445 AH) and continuing until 3 October 2024 (30 Rabi' Al-Awwal 1446 AH). Registration can be completed via the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform or at designated service centers, provided the applicant holds a legally valid title deed meeting the necessary legal requirements. Property owners in the designated districts are urged to verify their title deeds in preparation for the process, and may direct inquiries to REGA's official platforms or the customer service center at 199002.
