REGA Announces Commencement of Real Estate Registry Operations for 4 Neighborhoods in Madinah

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُعلن انطلاق أعمال التسجيل العيني للعقار في 4 أحياء بالمدينة المنورة

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has announced the launch of real estate title registration operations for 370 properties across four neighborhoods in Madinah — the Prophet's Mosque area, part of Bida'a District, part of Al-Naqa District, and Al-Manakha District — running from 26 December 2024 (25 Jumada Al-Thani 1446 AH) to 31 March 2025 (2 Shawwal 1446 AH). Registration is available through the Real Estate Registry electronic platform at https://rer.sa/ or through designated service centers, and requires a valid title deed that complies with legal requirements. Each registered unit will receive a Property Number and a Title Registration Deed containing detailed property data linked to geospatial information. Property owners may contact REGA via its official platforms or the customer service center at 199002.
