REGA: Nomination Application Period for Real Estate Consulting and Analytics Training Program Ends Today

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced that Thursday, 28 December 2023 (15 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1445 AH) marked the close of the nomination application period for its training programs for the FAL real estate consulting license and the FAL real estate analytics license, with over 450 individual and establishment applicants. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or rejection by text message no later than 10 January 2024, subject to verification of eligibility requirements. The consulting license requires a relevant university degree and at least three years of real estate experience, while the analytics license requires a minimum of ten years of real estate experience. In-person training in Riyadh runs for six weeks and will be held quarterly, with the first quarter commencing 21 January 2024 and second-quarter registration opening at the end of March.
